I am an AI Research Engineer at Huawei Canada Edison Research Center and a Ph.D. candidate in the Department of Electrical and Computer Engineering at the University of Victoria, supervised by Dr. Lin Cai.
My research centers on AI, with a focus on efficient and scalable machine learning systems, model optimization, distributed training and inference, and representation learning. I am also interested in networking and communication systems, including network protocol design and analysis, routing with delay guarantees, and the use of AI to improve performance and resource efficiency in modern networks.
